The bonnet is medium thick and perfect to wear outside. The knitting process is with a 3d machine, that means no seams. The rib in the front ensures a perfect fit around your child's head.
Merino wool does not itch and is antibacterial and therefore perfect for children with eczema or sensitive skin.

It's not necessary to wash merinowool frequently. This fiber is selfcleaning.
